Izar's Engagement + Raya @Sabak Bernam...

This time, me really get into camera action sampai my hubby pun geleng2 kepala. Hehe~
One of my favourite events…engagement ceremony. Took place at Sungai Besar, Sabak Bernam between my cousin, Suzardi bin Maulan (nickname : Izar) & Suhaida binti Mahpot. Both graduated from UIA. Izar is the youngest from seven, so u can imagine the ‘havoc’ness having all his brothers & sisters together plus his anak2 sedaresSSs including sepupu sepipit, uncles & aunties. Memang ramai & riuh. Rombongan Cik Kiah nak masuk meminangla katakan…

The ceremony was beautiful altho I wish the ‘talking part’ was more ‘bunga2’…I lOike when it started with sumthing like, “Kedatangan kami ni…nak memetik bunga di taman…” or maybe some baits of pantun. Call me old-fashioned, but the ‘bunga2’ stuff made the ceremony unique. The hantaransSs was 9 berbalas 15…whooaaa…so many…! The bride-to-be mmg cute giler & the food mmg sedap hingga menjilat pinggan…Wedding will take place next year sumwhere around August. I just love weddingssSs….can’t wait..!
Our journey didn’t ended there. Next stop was to Embah’s house at Sungai Air Tawar, Sabak Bernam. My cousins, nephews, & nieces were totally gobsmacked bila arrived kat umah Embah Sabak. Rumah Embah Sabak mmg kira hulu laaa, kampong gilerr, totally kayu, dapur jenis yang kat atas, tandas masih di luar, jalan tanah merah…hmm, apa lagi….kira macam muzium rumah orang dolu2 la senang cerita. Sesapa yang x pernah dok kampong, kalau dtg Sabak Bernam mesti akan terdetik dalam hati betapa kamPOooNg-nya kampungku ini.
Then, kami beraya plaks kat rumah my aunt, Lek Ros (my abah’s sister). Kami dijamu dengan ‘degan’ which is air kelapa muda in Jawa. Pergh….mmg menghirup gelas. Our last stop was Bagan Nakhoda Omar (BHO). Nak main2 air kat tepi pantai…tapi air tengah surut, so the kids just main2 pasir and me, as usual snapping peeks.
So, for those yang x pernah dan nak merasa experience duduk di kampung yang betOl2 kampung, mehla datang umah embah haku…

Yippieee....my first raya ngan hubby...! We decided to celebrate at my in-laws in Seremban. I thot i was going to cried my heart out on pagi raya cause not being able to celebrate raya with my own family as usual. But, hey, i'm a big girl. And next year is going to be my turn plak.... 
Morning raya, we gathered around seeking forgiveness from each other. Masa tunduk salam hubby, 'ter'flashback time nikah. Pejam celik, pejam celik...dah hampir setahun kami disatukan sebagai suami isteri.
So, first raya kami cuma bertandang ke rumah nenek hubby, sebelah mama & sebelah papa. Mmg relax gilerr raya kat rumah mertua compared to beraya di Hulu Langat (lucky me...! ). Siapa kata beraya kat rumah in-laws tak seronok... 
One thing i hate about raya is my lack of sensibilities when it comes to FOOD...! Arghhh...gain 4 kg in just 2 days after having lost 4 kg during Ramadhan...darn...double darn... 
To All....SELAMAT HARI RAYA....! Maaf Zahir & Batin...!

Break Fast with Sibs...

My sister, Mamal sebOk nak shopping raya, & aku pun belum belikan baju raya untuk Hasan. So, all of us headed to Jaya Jusco Cheras Selatan untuk shopping raya. Beforehand, break fast kat Pizza Hut. Thanks to hubby sebab generously bayar eventho me & my sibs nak tong2 bayar...

Hubby vs Teh..!

I'm a TEH 'o' person. Never TEH, never NESCAFE, never COFFEE, never MILO...kalaule sesapa dtg umah mmg aku hidang teh 'o' jela untuk air panas...
Unlike hubby, him & TEH are inseparable. Usually, kalau B teringin nak minum teh, i'll say, "Wait until we get back to mama's (B's mom) housela.." coz she made one hell of TEH..! & aku, bab2 menge'TEH' memang not my cup of tea...haha~
But, out of the blue, aku pegila gak beli serbuk teh & susu. Konon2 nak buat air untuk laki aku laa. Sian gak, asik minum teh 'o' jee hari-hari...
Mlm tadi, ngan penuh semangat, aku pun mulakan misi aku as soon as my B came home from terawikh. Punyala lama aku wat wei..., adalah 15 minit kot. Isk..isk...fail sungguh...!
 
 
At last, the TEH is ready....but my B kata kurenggggg. Dia sendiri pegi bege2 kasik sedap...tambah susula...tambah tehlaa...haha~
My B only said "Itula, lainkali tengok mama wat teh camne. Pakai susu apa. Pakai teh apa. Camne sukatan..." Aku sengih cam kerang busyuk jeee....
 
Hmmmm...lagi senang wat teh herbalife kan...?
 
Moral of the story : Lepas nie gi belajar menge'TEH' ngan mama mertua...!

It's my BIL & SIL birthdays...my BIL turns 26th and my SIL baru nak masuk 23..perghhhh...muda siyott....but hey, i'm still young too.!
Celebrate @Putrajaya. Makan kat Manhattan Fish Market & one thing dat cannot be missed, Secret Recipe's cake...YUMMY..! & aku pun semakin gumOOoks...!
